Germany - Top Destination all year round

flag of germany Grüß Gott = Welcome

Experience Germany in only a few days and make the best of it!

If you are looking to do some city sightseeing, enjoying delicious food and drinks in front of a picturesque landscape or discover one-of-a-kind castles, Germany has got it all! It might still not be a Top 10 Travel Destination, but the variety of activities makes it being a perfect destination for the whole family. In Frankfurt and Berlin, you can admire the fantastic buildings, dive into the rich history of Germany and be a part of the past. Also, you can enjoy the nightlife or even a visit to the zoo! In the south, there are plenty of medieval castles, still in fantastic shape and you can tour around wine yards or the alps. If you are in Munich, you should not forget to try a Bavarian beer, probably the best beer in the world, and of course a trip to the world-famous castle of Neuschwanstein.

What makes this country so special?

Germany has a wide selection of culinary specialities away from the typical sauerkraut. Especially in Bavaria, there are family butchers who produce their own meats in every corner and you will find little brewery breweries in every town who which are inviting invite you to try their beer. The area next to Frankfurt, for example, is world famous for the its great wine.

Another advantage is the travel period. Germany is perfect all year round. Christmas market season in December is a very popular time. You can stroll along the aisles of the markets and getting the smell of fresh baked gingerbread and mould mulled wine in your nose while enjoying the snow. During summer, the temperature is quite nice. You can enjoy a swim in one of our many bathing lakes or have a cocktail in one of the artificial beach zones along the river in the major cities. During fall and spring, the landscape with the forests are especially beautiful for pictures.

Also, you might have heard that Germans are serious and don’t have a sense of humour. We are confident to say that this is not true. Germans have a great sense of hospitality and almost everybody speaks English which they love to practice with millions of tourists every year.

There is plenty to do and see and once you get off your plane there are endless possibilities. To make it a bit easier, we have put a small selection of travel offers together. All are suitable for lone riders travellers or families. You can take a round trip or explore Germany in a rental car.
