The booking of your journey ist very easy and uncomplicated:

We are pleased to provide advice about your selected program and all your special requests. We will make a written offer without obligation in compliance to your wishes and give you proficient about your Kuba Trip.

If you give us a call and we are unavailable, please leave a message on the answering machine with your name, phone number and/or email address and your travel wishes. We will immediately call you back or send you an email according to your wishes.

Booking Process:
After receipt of your signed program booking, you will get the confirmation of your booking and the invoice with the account and payment information and the certificate of insurance.
Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you at the latest 14 days in advance of your departure the personal travel vouchers including all needed information about your journey. In Cuba we assist you with our on-site team and are available for your wishes via our hotlines and phonenumbers of our offices in Havana.
